We do not offer refunds on personalised items.

We do not offer exchanges.

Any item you wish to return must be done so within 30 days of receiving your order and they must be unworn, unused and with no marks or dirt on them. We may refuse your refund if any items we receive back are in an unsatisfactory condition.

Return delivery is at the cost of the customer and you must provide us with proof of postage and a tracking number to ensure your parcel gets returned to us safely.

We aim to process refunds in 10-14 working days from when we receive your parcel.  You will receive a refund update to your email address.
