After reading through please sign and date to agree to the terms and conditions. Any questions please contact us to discuss. Thank you for choosing Morley Makes.
❖ Full payment is required a minimum of 4 weeks before your event.
❖ We require a £50 deposit when booking to secure your chosen date. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.
❖ We require a £100 refundable damages deposit when booking. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after your event if there is no damage to any drapes and equipment hired. We reserve the right to refuse or offer a partial refund if we deem the items to be damaged and require repairing or replacing
❖ We require a minimum of 2.5hrs prior to clients arriving at the hall to allow us time to dress the hall ready for your event. This is due to us needing full access to hall.
❖ You agree to not alter the décor in any way.
❖ You agree not to hang/attach anything to the wall or ceiling drapes.
❖ Fairy Light hire – Remotes must be stored in the storage bag provided at all times. Any loss or damage to the remotes will result in a partial refund of your damages deposit.
❖ You agree to inform us of any damages that occur during your event as soon as possible.
Over 14 days prior to your event you will receive a full refund.
